Francia & Roma is a new residential complex in Lima, ideally located on Roma street, a few steps from the Malecón de Miraflores. The eight-story complex will include 28 apartments and four duplexes. Residents will enjoy the community’s numerous features that will help them connect to the surrounding environment.
The residential complex was designed to conserve natural resources, helping residents live more environmentally friendly lifestyles. Solar photovoltaics, LED lighting, smart meters, and a specialized water treatment system for flushing will be installed to reduce the building’s energy and water usage.
The building’s developer and architect, Efron Arquitectos likes to imagine, think and create new spaces for people. They believe that a person’s relationship to one’s space, as well as that building’s relationship to the environment, can positively change their lives for the better.
