Garzas – Alameda del Río
Garzas is a residential project with 380 units located in Barranquilla in the Atlantic region. The project is part of the large Alameda del Río macro-project, which has large green areas, cycle routes, pedestrian paths and playgrounds. The project is in a closed complex and has common areas including a social room, gym, playgrounds, bicycle racks and green areas.
The developer of this project is Constructora Bolivar, leader in the real estate market in Colombia and EDGE Champion 2020.

Aerators/auto shut-off faucets and water-efficient water closets, urinals and faucets for kitchen sinks.
Materials
In-situ reinforced concrete slab for the floor, steel sheets on steel rafters for the roof, solid dense concrete blocks for internal and external walls, plasterboards on metal studs for internal walls and aluminum profile cladding for external walls.
