Gedung Pertamax PT Pertamina (Persero) RU VI Balongan
EDGE Advanced
The Gedung Pertamax office building at PT Pertamina (Persero) RU VI Balongan in Indramayu was built in 2009. Pertamina, Indonesia’s state-owned energy company, uses the office for various functions, including process engineering and human resources.
Aligned with its commitment to conserve natural resources in its operational and supporting activities, Pertamina incorporated resource-efficient technologies into the office building. A variable refrigerant volume cooling system and energy-saving lighting were installed to reduce energy use, while dual-flush water closets and low-flow faucets were installed to reduce water use. These resulting energy and water savings also help reduce the building’s operating costs.
As an oil, gas and renewable energy provider, Pertamina has brought energy solutions to Indonesia for more than 60 years. The company also received EDGE Advanced certification for its GM Office in Palembang.
Gedung Pertamax PT Pertamina (Persero) RU VI Balongan has received EDGE Advanced certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
