Developed by EZ Land, HausNeo is comprised of a pair of 18-story towers with 568 units. Inspired by the timeless design of the Bauhaus architectural movement, HausNeo offers affordable prices and layouts designed with the lifestyles of young families in mind. Eighty percent of bedrooms have access to a loggia for the enjoyment of sunshine and fresh air.
The modern and convenient aspects of HausNeo’s design are complemented by resource-efficient features such as external shading, reflective paint and low-flow faucets, to help residents curb their monthly expenses. A careful approach to the selection of sustainable construction materials has resulted in embodied energy in materials that is nearly half of that of a conventional building. It is EZ Land’s wish to provide a strong sense of community for its customers while encouraging an environmentally-conscious way of living.

Materials
Cored bricks with internal and external plaster for external walls, a combination of cored bricks with plaster and medium weight hollow concrete blocks for internal walls, and the primary use of ceramic tile for flooring.
