The Makassar Branch Office Building is owned by PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero), a state-owned company engaged in general insurance services. The four-story building includes offices and large meeting rooms that are designed to maximize natural light and air circulation. Practical solutions such as an energy-efficient air conditioning system and energy-saving lighting provide cost savings, and environmentally-friendly construction materials help to protect the environment.
Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, which plans to design its future buildings in Indonesia to the EDGE standard, has received a preliminary EDGE certificate for KC Makassar from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
