The building is set to provide numerous positive benefits to the building operations in terms of utility cost savings, resilience against utility disruptions and shortages, and occupant health and well-being. By tackling sustainability at the very early stages of design there was minimal disruption to costs and design and has resulted in a high performing building providing long term costs savings.
