Lunaria
Lunaria is bringing 1,272 three-bedroom units to the housing market in Chía, Cundinamarca. The community, which includes 14 six-story towers, is ideally located just north of Bogotá and in close proximity to the Sabana Norte shopping center. Residents will enjoy the community’s numerous amenities, including a children’s room, entertainment spaces, and an exercise area.
The towers were designed to reduce energy and water usage, allowing residents to save on utility bills and live more environmentally friendly lifestyles. Energy-saving lighting, natural ventilation, and lighting controls will be used to reduce the towers’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures will be used to reduce the towers’ water use.
The developer of the project, Constructora Bolívar, has led the Colombian market in the development of urban housing projects for all income levels for more than 30 years. The company is committed to sustainable construction that not only conserves natural resources, but also generates value for its clients. Constructora Bolívar has also certified 127 Living, 176 Park, Arboleda del Campestre-Laurel, Nordika, Prado Park, Park Living, and Senderos de Reserva de Curinca.
