Madrid Time
Madrid Time is a housing project located in the Lince district of Lima, Peru. It consists of a total of 72 apartments with an average floor space of 72 square meters.
The project was developed by Madrid Ingenieros, a local real estate development company with a focus on sustainable housing construction.
By incorporating modern construction technologies for roof and wall construction, the use of energy-saving appliances such as LED lightbulbs and water-efficient plumbing features, the project was able to significantly reduce its energy and water consumption, resulting in a more sustainable construction project and a reduced carbon footprint.
Madrid Time has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
