Malibú Condominio
Located in an exclusive residential area of Floridablanca, Malibú Condominio is surrounded by the tranquility of the Rio Frio valley. With outdoor amenities and unit balconies, residents will be able to enjoy the fresh air as well as the comfort of their resource-efficient homes.
The first stage of the project consists of a 21-story tower with 123 two and three-bedroom apartments. The apartments’ modern features were selected to increase residents’ comfort and ensure the resource efficiency of the building.

DINCO Construcciones selected energy-saving and water-efficient technologies to enable residents to save on their consumption of public utilities, while lowering their carbon footprint.
