Manzano HDA Kachipay
Manzano Hda Kachipay is a Social Interest Housing (VIS) apartment project, offering the opportunity to live in the new development area south of Santiago de Cali, surrounded by the natural and green environment of Hacienda Kachipay.
The project consists of 648 apartments with a complete and flexible architectural program. During its development, passive and active measures were taken to reduce water and energy consumption in its operation.
Manzano Hda Kachipay was designed, developed and built by Jaramillo Mora Constructora S.A., a Colombian company committed to sustainable construction and climate change mitigation.
Manzano Hda Kachipay has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from CAMACOL.
