Matture Home Life
Matture Home Life is a housing project located in the Chácara Inglesa neighborhood in the south of São Paulo, Brazil. It consists of a total of 104 apartments with an average floor space of 39 square meters. The building will offer its residents amenities such as a swimming pool, Pilates studio, concierge, and an open-space gardening area.
The project was developed by Matushita Engenharia e Construções Ltda. and Plazzacorp, local real estate development and architecture companies with a proven track record of delivering innovation in large-scale residential construction projects.
By incorporating modern construction technologies such as reflective paint for roofs, external shading devices, solar hot water collectors, the use of energy-saving appliances such as LED lightbulbs and water-efficient plumbing features and a rainwater harvesting system, the project was able to significantly reduce its energy and water consumption, resulting in a more sustainable construction project and a reduced carbon footprint.
Matture Home Life has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
