Monvert Residencial

Monvert Residencial is a new two-tower luxury apartment complex in Salvador. The towers, named Auvérnia and Borgonha, will feature 140 units, ranging from four-bedroom units to duplexes. Sea views and a lush garden in the front of the complex will encourage residents to connect with nature. Residents will also enjoy the complex’s numerous amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants, tennis courts, and more.

The apartment complex will utilize resource-efficient design features and technologies to reduce its environmental impact and lower utility costs for residents. Energy-efficient lighting, solar panels, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, and a rainwater harvesting system will contribute to the complex’s energy and water savings.

The developer of the project, Monvert Apartments, designed the towers to demonstrate that luxury buildings can still be designed and constructed in an environmentally friendly way.

Monvert Residencial has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from Sintali-SGS.
