Mucman Tower

Mucman Tower is a premium apartment and office building in the González Suárez district of Quito. Residents of Mucman Tower will enjoy views of the surrounding city and tropical vegetation from the building’s terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Designed to be a fusion between science and art, the building will combine resource-efficient technologies with modern luxurious design. The building’s windows will feature automatic openings that allow excellent ventilation without compromising on thermal comfort. Reflective tiles on the roof, solar hot water collectors and a heat pump for hot water generation will contribute to the building’s energy savings, while a rainwater harvesting system and dual-flush water closets will contribute to the building’s water savings.

The developer of this project, Mucman Construcciones S.A., is building Mucman Tower to serve as an example of resource-efficiency and contribute to the sustainable development of the region.

Mucman Tower has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from GBCI.
