Located in Thiruvanmiyur, a suburb south of Chennai, Navin’s Pearl House sits off a tree-lined street, near the beach and convenient to major highways and public transportation. Navin’s Pearl House has access to many of the schools, entertainment options and office spaces located in Thiruvanmiyur. The four-story building has six three-bedroom units and one four-bedroom unit, each with its own private patio. The apartments are designed to be not only comfortable and spacious, but also resource-efficient. All of the units are equipped with energy-saving lighting and low-flow faucets to ensure maximum savings on energy and water. Additionally, sustainable construction materials have been thoughtfully chosen to conserve resources. With UPVC window frames and autoclaved aerated concrete blocks for internal and external walls, each unit will save up to 56% in embodied energy in materials.
