Nobori Torres
Nobori Torres is a new apartment complex in the Galicia sector of Cerritos-Pereira in Colombia, an area experiencing rapid economic development. Located in the heart of the coffee axis, the apartments have impressive views of the surrounding landscape. The apartment complex will span five blocks, allowing for large common areas in each of the 153 units and in the shared spaces of the community.
The tower’s one, two and three-bedroom apartments will be built to reduce energy and water usage, incorporating reflective paint, external shading devices, energy-saving lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and more.
