The NovaCasa Tower is a residential proposal that aims to add value to the property through a functional design, contemporary aesthetics and a sustainable approach to construction.
The Tower is located in the metropolitan area of the city of Santo Domingo; it consists of three types of apartments between 90 and 180 m2 of construction and the last two levels were destined for a pent-house and a common gym area with a terrace.

The residents have a decorated lobby, covered parking, elevator, pre-installation of A/C in all areas, gym, multipurpose room with bathroom, and a common area with open terrace. The zoning follows the traditional scheme of grouping the spaces functionally, the social areas towards the street and the rest areas towards the interior of the plot for greater privacy and acoustic comfort.
The conceptual and design development of the building was based on the premise of applying green building concepts to the maximum. This focus on achieving sustainable construction determined the use of environmentally friendly materials and systems. These qualities earned it second place in the Cemex Building Awards in the Sustainable Building category and EDGE Certification in 2022.
Apartments are optimized for natural lighting and ventilation with large openings, at least two in each space for air intake and exhaust (28% in the social areas)
Further sustainability features include: thermal and acoustic insulation in critical areas, eco-friendly construction materials, reduction of drinking water consumption, tree planting, recycling of materials, and accessibility, among others.

NovaCasa has received Final EDGE Certification from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
