Oakwood Residence Hanoi
Oakwood Residence Hanoi is an apartment hotel project, strategically located along the shore of West Lake, in northern Hanoi, Vietnam. Developed by Van Phu Invest and operated under the Oakwood Hospitality brand, the hotel offers a total of 262 serviced apartments.
Through the use of state-of-the-art technologies such variable refrigerant volume (VRV) cooling systems, external shading devices, heat pump water heaters and energy-saving LED lightbulbs, as well as water-efficient plumbing features, the project was able to significantly reduce its energy and water consumption. Combined with non-brick walls and a low steel density in floor construction lowering the energy embodied in materials, this yielded a more sustainable construction project and a reduced carbon footprint.
Oakwood Residence Hanoi has received Final EDGE Certification from SGS-Vietnam.
