Built by Cuestamoras Urbanismo, the offices at the Santa Verde complex are part of a larger project that integrates housing, offices, convenience and retail stores, recreational sports areas and world-class restaurants all in one urban area. The offices at Santa Verde feature indoor motion detecting devices in bathrooms, conference and office rooms and, as well as low-flow faucets and finished concrete flooring.
