Oficina EMSEP

Oficina EMSEP

EMSEP is opening a new administrative office on the ninth floor of a LEED-certified building in Mexico City which has received EDGE certification. The office was designed to provide a functional and comfortable space for tenants to work. The redesigned floorplan features 60 workstations, four video conference rooms, and copying areas.

Resource-efficient design and technologies were incorporated to reduce the office’s environmental impact and save on operating costs. Low-E coated glass windows, LED lighting, and occupancy sensors reduce the office’s energy use, while water-efficient plumbing fixtures reduce the office’s water use.

The new administrative office was designed by BALKO, an architecture firm dedicated to creating sustainable spaces that increase the performance of their clients. Based in Argentina, BALKO is a founding member of the Argentina Green Building Council.

Oficina EMSEP has received final EDGE certification from GBCI.
