The Dumot Construcciones Company seeks through its Corporate Offices to establish a presence with Design, where architecture, structure and sustainability come together, giving rise to habitable spaces. The Project prioritizes the integration of the occupants with the environment, with extensive views to the outside, the ideal access to natural light, and an important thermal inertia that allows comfortable interior spaces with reduced energy consumption in air conditioning of spaces, seeking as a first objective the comfort of the people who inhabit the spaces, generating a space of positive energy and harmony with the environment.
The property has large areas of common use vegetated with native species, prioritizing the use of open vegetated spaces for dining rooms, training areas and common uses, providing a relaxed and healthy environment for Company officials.
The office building has low water consumption devices, selection of materials with less environmental impact and equipment with low energy consumption, which earned it the EDGE ADVANCED Certification with 49% energy savings, 22% savings in water and 39% energy savings associated with materials.
It is the first office building in Paraguay to achieve EDGE Certification and the only one in the country to achieve the EDGE Advanced Certification.
Oficinas Dumot Construcciones has received Final EDGE Advanced Certification from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
