Onze 22 – Torre A
Onze 22 is a 110-unit energy-efficient residential complex located in the west neighborhood of Vila Madalena, in São Paulo.
Tower A of the project features energy-saving shading devices, natural ventilation, and water-saving efficient flush water closets and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
Onze 22 was developed by Paladin Realty Partners and Idea!Zarvos with EDGE Expert services provided by Daniela Corcuera.
