Paipa
Paipa is a Social Housing (VIS) apartment project in a gated community, located in the expansion area of the city of Yumbo in the Ciudad Guabinas Macroproject. The Macroproject contemplates the development of approximately 12,000 housing units, in an environment with more than 250,000 square meters of green areas, recreational spaces, regulation ponds for rainwater management and a large area of more than 40,000 square meters for commercial and institutional development.
The 300-apartment project allows for the personalization of its spaces, and during its development it contemplated passive and active measures aimed at reducing water and energy consumption in its operation.
Paipa was designed, developed and built by Jaramillo Mora Constructora S.A., a Colombian company committed to sustainable construction and climate change mitigation.
