Paraíso Central Stage One is a Social Interest Housing (VIS) Urban Renewal project, located in downtown Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. It is a twent- story building within the partial Plan El Calvario, which incorporates new public space, a large format shopping center and connected to the new Central Station of the Integrated Transport System – MIO.
Paraíso Central Stage One is the first building of a comprehensive project, which has 331 apartments with lounge terrace – BBQ, gym area, whirlpools, outdoor park on the second floor, co-working, social lounge and laundry area.
The project is developed by the company Promotora Centro Comercial Ciudad Paraíso S.A.S., formed by the association of Canales Desarrolladores S.A.S and Construcciones Técnicas Santamaría S.A., construction companies with more than 30 years of experience in the sector, specialized in real estate projects of Urban Renewal, housing, industry and construction and operation of shopping centers.
The project in general is committed to sustainability by applying and evaluating measures supported by a Bioclimatic system such as the incorporation of LED lighting, natural ventilation to reduce energy consumption in mechanical air conditioning and a more efficient architectural façade in its colors, which allows less heat gain in its interior spaces, with sanitary appliances with efficient faucets with low water consumption, among others.
Paraíso Central Stage On has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from CAMACOL.
