Periferico 428
Periferico 428 is a 27-story housing development in Mexico City, consisting of a total of 941 apartments ranging in size from 28 to 84 square meters. Located in the heart of 9 office corridors and surrounded by public transport options (2 metro lines, 3 bus stops and cycleway), Periferico 428 is an innovative rental housing project that allows the growing middle class to live within 30 minutes of their work. This would eliminate the need to use a car, thus reducing the carbon footprint of tenants.
