Pijao
Pijao is a project of Social Interest Housing (VIS) apartments in a closed complex, located in the expansion zone of the city of Yumbo in the Ciudad Guabinas Macroproject. The Macroproject contemplates the development of approximately 12,000 housing units, in an environment with more than 250,000 m2 of green areas, spaces for recreation, regulation lagoons for the management of rainwater and a large area of more than 40,000 m2 destined for commercial and institutional development.
The project is made up of 320 apartments that are flexible in their distribution and that allow the user to adapt it to their needs and those of their family, contemplated during its development passive and active measures with the aim of reducing water and energy consumption in its operation.
Pijao has been designed, promoted and built by Jaramillo Mora Constructora S.A., a Colombian company committed to sustainable construction and climate change mitigation.
Pijao has received Preliminary EDGE Certification from CAMACOL.
