Praça Marajoara

The project features a total of 204 apartments with an average floor space of 59 square meters. It was was developed by Grupo Kallas and Paladin Reality, with EDGE services provided by Daniela Corcuera.

To meet international standards for resource efficiency, energy and water-saving technologies were incorporated into the design, construction and internal processes of the building. External shading devices, LED lighting and lighting controls reduce the building’s energy use, while water-efficient plumbing fixtures reduce its water consumption, yielding a more sustainable project overall and allowing residents to benefit from 20% lower utility costs.
