The Pullman is a hotel project in Addis Ababa, developed by Enyi Hotel plc for Accor Group, one of the world’s largest hospitality companies.
Located in the heart of the city, close to the National Palace and international institutions such as the United Nations, the hotel’s construction was carried out with a focus on sustainability throughout the entire process. The project has achieved preliminary EDGE certification, incorporating resource-efficient technologies such as more efficient glazing, an energy-efficient AC system, energy-saving lightbulbs, and water-efficient plumbing fixtures for guest rooms and common spaces. Making use of more sustainable construction techniques, the developers were able to further lower the energy embodied in construction materials, resulting in a lower carbon footprint for the entire project.
The Pullman Hotel has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Sintali SGS.
