Real Granada
Inmobiliaria Vinte’s Real Granada brings 56, two-bedroom green apartments to the housing market in Tecámac, Mexico. Each of the apartments in the 5,149m2 development features energy-saving lighting, a heat pump for hot water generation, low-flow showerheads and more. With these and many other green features, tenants save nearly one-half of their monthly utility bills and a reduction in emissions of about 1.1tCO2 per year, per household.
Inmobiliaria Vinte is dedicated to improving their tenant’s quality of life by building more efficient housing with positive economic and environmental impacts. “Our goal is to continue to improve our product and create great communities. Real Granada is a milestone for us and for the Mexican housing market in our transition towards more environmentally efficient housing,“ said Tobias Contreras, Director of Sustainability at Vinte. Real Granada has received final EDGE certification from GBCI.
