Residences at Santa Verde
The sustainable Santa Verde community provides a new kind of lifestyle where residents can live, work, and play in one place. The 172 residential units at Santa Verde are part of a larger project, built by Cuestamoras Urbanismo, that integrates housing, offices, convenience and retail stores, recreational sports areas and world-class restaurants all in one urban area. Residents can choose from five different types and sizes of apartments that vary in architectural style, while still adhering to green building standards. The apartments at Santa Verde feature energy-saving lighting, low-flow faucets and water closets, sustainable materials and more.
Cuestamoras Urbanismo aims to align its operations with the United Nations’ Sustainable Cities and Communities goal, to increase economic, social and environmental value for the well-being of communities. They build integrated and vibrant communities that leave a smaller footprint on surrounding ecosystems. Santa Verde has received final EDGE certification from the Green Business Council Costa Rica (GBCCR).
