Riovivo – Menta & Turquesa

Riovivo is a new 782-unit apartment complex in Rionegro. Residents will enjoy the complex’s numerous common areas, including athletic courts and a pool. The complex will be completed in four phases and the first will include two 14-story towers, Menta and Turquesa.
Residents of Menta and Turquesa’s 338 units will benefit from lower utility bills as the towers have been designed to reduce energy and water usage through LED lighting, reflective paint, external shading devices, and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
