Tacurumbí Parque Residencial
Tacurumbí Parque Residencial is a social housing project located on the Pan-American Highway in the municipality of Quimbaya in Quindío, Colombia. The apartment complex, which has two towers with 80 and 40 apartments each, is part of the national housing ministry’s program, “Mi Casa Ya.” The property is located within the Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia, an area where coffee production happens on steep landscapes.
The developers of the project, Constructora y Comercializadora Poporo SAS, are dedicated to achieving a sustainable construction ecosystem. They believe that change is in all of our hands and that in making small decisions, we can achieve transformation towards a more sustainable world. The company “will respond to the challenge of sustainability, knowing that if we do our part, we will honor our ancestors and be responsible to future generations.”
