TCP Altura

Located in Chennai, TCP Altura is the fifth and final phase in a series of apartments in the community of Sholinganallur. TCP Altura’s two and three-bedroom units are spread out over five buildings that are seven stories high, containing a total of 405 residences. The area, which is nicknamed the “IT corridor,” has grown rapidly over the last few years. Developed by Lancor Holdings Limited, TCP Altura provides residents the opportunity to save on their utility bills in addition to leaving a smaller carbon footprint. The apartments feature outdoor energy-saving lighting, external shading devices and grey water recycling. TCP Altura has made a notable effort to reduce embodied energy in materials by up to 70% through the selection of autoclaved aerated concrete walls and UPVC window frames.
