Terrasabana
Terrasabana is a new, 11-tower residential complex in Cajicá, a picturesque town north of Bogotá. Residents will enjoy the community’s amenities, including a pool, sauna, social lounge, gym, and BBQ terrace. Ecological trails will also be built to help residents connect with the surrounding environment.
The residential complex’s 260 units were designed to conserve natural resources. External shading devices, energy-saving lighting, and an energy-efficient boiler will be installed to reduce the residences’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures and a recycled grey water system will be installed to reduce the residences’ water use. The orientation of the towers was also considered to maximize the natural lighting of the apartments and optimize thermal comfort.
Terrasabana’s developer, TecnoUrbana Constructores, is committed to the sustainable development of Cajicá. By developing homes that save energy and water, TecnoUrbana will help families save on utilities and reduce their environmental impact.
Terrasabana has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
