The Parallel Residences
The Parallel is a new 111-unit apartment complex in Mexico City. Ideally located in the Vista Real subdivision, considered one of the most exclusive and fastest growing neighborhoods in the city, the apartment complex will be within walking distance of restaurants, schools, shopping centers, offices, and recreational parks. Residents will enjoy the complex’s modern amenities and its views of the surrounding city, forest, and local golf course.
The apartment complex was designed to reduce energy and water usage, allowing residents to live more environmentally friendly lifestyles. External shading devices, LED lighting, and a high efficiency boiler for hot water generation will be installed to reduce the building’s energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures will be installed to reduce the tower’s water use. The building was also strategically oriented to improve residents’ thermal comfort.
The Parallel is committed to the sustainable development of homes. To further encourage sustainable living, the complex will feature recycling systems and vehicle charging stations.
