Tucan
Tucan is a new eight-tower residential development in the municipality of Los Patios, Norte de Santander. One of six residential complexes in the Icaro, Residential Park urban development. Residents will enjoy the apartment towers’ numerous amenities, including large green areas, swimming pools, playgrounds, and pedestrian paths.
The tower, comprised of 288 three-bedroom units, will be built to conserve natural resources. External shading devices and LED lighting will be installed to reduce the towers’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures will be installed to reduce the towers’ water use. Residents of Tucan will benefit from the resource-efficient design with lower utility bills.
Tucan is being developed by Viviendas y Valores, a leading company committed to the development of innovative, socially responsible, and resource efficient projects. Viviendas y Valores has also EDGE-certified its Guayacan project.
Tucan has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
