Victoria Highlands Subdivision (VHS)

Victoria Highlands Subdivision (VHS) is a new affordable housing development in the province of Camarines Sur. The community is ideally located just five minutes from the Iriga City center and is situated on flat terrain with views of Mt. Asog. The first solar-powered community in Iriga City, residents will benefit from the energy savings with lower utility bills. Plus, solar panels will provide power to the community when typhoons and other weather events cause brownouts in the area.

A reduced window-to-wall ratio, dual-flush water closets, and low-flow plumbing fixtures will also be included in the subdivision’s 111 units to reduce energy and water usage. The units will also be built with Connovate UHPC external wall panels that not only reduce the units’ embodied energy in materials, but are also stronger than the traditional concrete blocks, providing superior resistance against earthquakes and typhoons.

The developer of the project, Imperial Homes Corporation, is committed to providing world-class affordable housing that enhances the standard living for every Filipino who dreams of owning a safe, secure, and comfortable home. An EDGE Champion, Imperial Homes has committed to certifying its portfolio with EDGE.

Victoria Highlands Subdivision (VHS) has received an EDGE Advanced certificate from thinkstep-SGS.
