Citra Maja Raya is a 2,000-hectare development of commercial and residential property in Banten that includes 373 affordable green townhouses. Developed by Ciputra Group, the project is surrounded by schools, recreation and medical facilities, and markets. Residents live within easy walking distance of the transportation hub of Maja Station with convenient access to the capital city of Jakarta.
An early pioneer of EDGE certification, Ciputra Group is one of the largest developers in Indonesia with a focus on city-scale development. Citra Maja Raya has received final EDGE certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
