Guayacan
Guayacan is bringing 488 units to the residential market in Cúcuta. Residents will enjoy the apartment complex’s privileged location, close to the Jardín Plaza shopping center.
The complex’s 14 towers will be built to conserve natural resources. External shading devices and LED lighting will be installed to reduce the towers’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures will be installed to reduce the towers’ water use. Residents of Guayacan will benefit from the resource-efficient design with lower utility bills.
Guayacan is being developed by Viviendas y Valores, a leading company committed to the development of innovative, socially responsible, and resource efficient projects. Viviendas y Valores has also EDGE-certified its Tucan project.
Guayacan has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
