Samara Suites

As one of three towers in the Synthesis Square mixed-use development, Samara Suites contains a combination of serviced and traditional residential apartments in the heart of Jakarta. The 39-floor building contains a total of 276 units ranging from one to three bedrooms and has a pool area, outdoor space, and business center for residents to use. Each unit is designed to conserve energy and water with insulated roofing and dual flush water closets. With construction materials such as autoclaved aerated concrete blocks for walls, the units also save embodied energy in materials. Residents have access to the commercial corridor of Gatot Subroto and nearby facilities, offices and shopping. Samara Suites is also located next to a future Jakarta Light Rail Transit station which will improve future accessibility to the rest of Jakarta.

The project was developed by Sintesis Kreasi Utami with Asia Green Real Estate as an investor, who has worked with IFC since 2017 to help its clients identify the most cost-effective solutions to build green. Asia Green Real Estate has dedicated green building experts who analyze the resource efficiency of each project and help develop buildings that are environmentally, economically, and socially sound. The company has already invested in more than two million square meters of sustainable floor space and has achieved EDGE certification for a number of projects, including Ecoloft Jababeka Cikarang, Verde Two Terraverde Tower, Verde Two Monteverde Tower and Guizhou Tower.
