VSIP – The RBFs Phase 2
VSIP Group, the leading integrated township and industrial park developer in Vietnam, has opened two new ready-built factories (RBFs) at VSIP II-A in Binh Duong. The RBFs have been designed to offer functional and resource-efficient spaces for future tenants.
The resource efficiency of the factories aligns with VSIP Group’s commitment to the environment. VSIP Group, a joint venture between the Vietnam-based Becamex IDC Corporation and a Singapore-based consortium led by Sembcorp Development, has also achieved an EDGE certificate for its its High-rise Ready Built Factories in Bac Ninh.
VSIP’s ready-built factories, phase 2 have received final EDGE Certification from SGS Vietnam.

Technical Solutions
Energy
Reduced window-to-wall ratio, reflective paint/tiles and insulation for the roof, a variable refrigerant volume (VRV) cooling system, and energy-saving lighting in the sales and external areas.

Efficient-flush water closets, water-efficient urinals and landscaping, and aerators/auto shut-off faucets.
Materials
Steel sheets on steel rafters for the roof construction, steel profile cladding for the external walls, and finished concrete flooring.
