Kolkata West International City is a satellite township development with IT parks, a hospital, schools and shopping centers, located 9 kilometers from the heart of Kolkata in Howrah. The EDGE-certified apartments are not air conditioned, using such techniques as applying reflective paint and installing windows with low-E coated glass to keep the heat at bay.
