EcoCity Premia Sales Gallery

EcoCity Premia is a new urban development being built at the gateway of Buôn Mê Thuột’s city center in Vietnam. EcoCity Premia’s Sales Gallery is the sales office for the new urban area that will feature residences, schools and commercial zones.

Aligned with the development’s focus on creating environmentally-friendly living spaces, the sales office will utilize resource-efficient technologies. To reduce the office’s energy use, a variable refrigerant volume (VRV) cooling system and solar photovoltaics have been included. Low-flow faucets, dual-flush water closets and water-efficient urinals will reduce the office’s water use.

The investor of the new development, Capital House, is dedicated to spreading green values to the communities in which it operates. An EDGE champion, Capital House incorporates energy-smart technologies and architectural design into its commercial and residential buildings. Additional EDGE-certified projects by Capital House include Ecohome 3 and Ecohome Phuc Loi.

EcoCity Premia’s Sales Gallery has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from SGS Vietnam.

Energy

External shading devices, roof insulation, energy-saving lighting in internal and external spaces, a variable refrigerant volume (VRV) cooling system and solar photovoltaics.

Water

Low-flow faucets, dual-flush water closets and water-efficient urinals in all bathrooms.

Materials

Composite in-situ concrete and steel deck (permanent shuttering) floor slabs, steel (zinc or galvanized iron) sheet on steel rafter for roof and medium weight hollow concrete blocks for internal and external walls.

*Part of the energy efficiency percentage may be associated with virtual energy for comfort depending on the presence of heating and cooling systems. Note that virtual energy does not contribute savings to utility bills.
