Hausnima

Hausnima is a mid-range housing project bringing 1,787 units to the housing market in Ho Chi Minh City’s ninth district. Residents will enjoy the apartment complex’s family-friendly one, two and three-bedroom units and community amenities. With a central green park, nursery area, spa, fitness center and two pools, Hausnima is an ideal living environment for all.

The apartment complex was designed to conserve natural resources and lower carbon emissions, while providing a high standard of living for residents. Energy-saving lighting, external shading devices and roof insulation will reduce the building’s energy use, while dual-flush water closets and low-flow plumbing fixtures will reduce the building’s water use.

EZ Land, the developer of the project, is working to help reduce the housing shortage in Ho Chi Minh City. As an EDGE Champion, the company is committed to certifying its immediate future portfolio with EDGE. With plans to build thousands of resource-efficient units, EZ Land is helping to transform the city’s residential real estate market. EZ Land has also certified HausBelo with EDGE.

Hausnima has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from SGS Vietnam.

External shading devices, insulation of the roof, energy-saving lighting in internal and external spaces, and lighting controls for corridors and staircases.

Dual-flush water closets, and low-flow showerheads and faucets for kitchen sinks and washbasins.

Materials

Composite in-situ concrete and steel deck for the floor slab, in-situ reinforced concrete for the roof, precast concrete panels for internal walls, and cellular light weight concrete blocks for internal and external walls.

*Part of the energy efficiency percentage may be associated with virtual energy for comfort depending on the presence of heating and cooling systems. Note that virtual energy does not contribute savings to utility bills.
