Hue Square is a new innovative boutique hotel in the heart of Hue City, located across from the famed Perfume River and with direct views of the Truong Tien Bridge and Imperial Citadel. The boutique hotel aspires to harmonize modern architectural elements with Hue’s rich historical values to create a dynamic space for both tourists and the local community. The design maximizes daylight and provides guests with large open spaces to enjoy.

The hotel will also utilize resource-efficient design features and technologies to reduce its environmental impact and to save on operating costs. Low-E coated glass, roof insulation, and an energy-efficient air conditioning system will be installed to reduce the building’s energy use, while water-efficient bathroom fixtures will be installed to reduce the building’s water use.

The developer, Luks International, is building the Hue Square Boutique Hotel to serve as an example of environmental stewardship and sustainable development for the city.

Ecohome Nhon Binh is bringing 1,380 residential apartments to the housing market in the Nhon Binh Ward of Quy Nhon. One of the largest social housing projects in the city, the complex will span five towers and will be surrounded by a landscape and garden system that connects residents with nature.

The apartment complex was designed to conserve natural resources, helping residents save on utility costs and lower their carbon emissions. VSIP Group, a joint venture between the Vietnam-based Becamex IDC Corporation and a Singapore-based consortium led by Sembcorp Development, has also achieved an EDGE certificate for its High-rise Ready Built Factories in Bac Ninh.
