The Habitat Binh Duong is located within the lively Binh Duong District, situated near retail stores, schools, offices and public transportation for easy access to Ho Chi Minh City. The unique homes give residents the chance to live near lush greenery where they can take strolls in a calm environment to escape the busy city.
The three towers in phase two consist of 460 apartments that include two, three and four-bedroom units. Each home has contemporary design touches that cater to residents seeking a modern lifestyle.

The three residential towers have external shading devices and insulated roofing to keep units cool, while all units have energy-saving lighting with lighting controls.
